How it started
AI Bites Chicken and Fast Food started as a home kitchen in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, run on a simple idea — chicken deserves to be the main event, not an afterthought. Every order is cooked fresh once it comes in, not held under a heat lamp waiting for a customer, which is the actual reason “made to order” appears everywhere on this site instead of just being a line in a menu description.
The menu stays chicken-first on purpose — fried chicken, rolls, wraps, and chicken-forward fast food make up most of what's cooked here, with a few other items alongside. It's a small, focused kitchen, not a large restaurant trying to do everything — and that focus is what keeps the quality consistent order after order.
